The Rotary Club of Richmond Hill launched the Women of Inspiration and Leadership Award to recognize a woman who, through her leadership, achievement, and example of the highest distinction, has inspired the residents of Richmond Hill. She may have done so through her contribution to a corporation, government, not-for-profit, start-up, or service to the community.
Rotary is a global network of 1.2 million individuals who are dedicated to establishing unity in the world and creating sustainable, lasting change to improve the welfare of people and communities around the globe.
The Rotary Club of Richmond Hill is a service club within the Rotary International organization and consists of volunteers. The club’s members include business people and professionals who are working to make a contribution to the lives of our fellow Richmond Hill residents, Canadians, and people around the world.
